Abi Anahata is a yoga educator and lifelong student, specializing in 1:1 sessions, providing container & safe space for true healing & transformation to take place. Her passionate teaching style is heavily influenced by Kundalini & Hatha-Vinyasa yogic traditional lineages, blending classic yogic principles, trauma-informed education and real-world occurrences into an integrated experience. With over 22 years of study across multiple lineages and a deep connection to the traditions of India, she creates personalized, heart-centered practices that blend movement, breath, sound, and stillness. Unlike generic offerings, each session is crafted uniquely to you: your personal goals, your energetic blueprint, your emotional rhythms, your life's purpose. Based in NYC and studying & teaching globally, she’s on a mission to help as many as she can take ownership of their well-being and live lives full of peace, joy, and resilience.
